Our Club Ethos
Our Privilege Club is entirely discretionary and reflects the loyalty that you have shown us over time. There is no fee to join and no loyalty points accumulated. We will communicate largely by email, so please add us to your contacts to avoid missing out.
Who Gets to Enjoy Our Club?
Your email address is the link to club membership. When you log in to your account on our website, or mention your name at the till in-store, your discount will automatically be applied. If you change your email address please let us know and we can update your details. As with any query please email online@collenandclare.com.
When Does Your Discount Apply?
Your discount will automatically be deducted from all full price items at the website checkout or the till in store. It does not apply to any sale or promoted items. Collen & Clare reserves the right to change your membership at any time and without notice.
