We dispatch all orders from our UK store or warehouse within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank and local holidays). As soon as your order leaves us, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- UK: 1 working day
- Europe: 2 - 3 working days
- USA: 3 - 4 working days
- Rest of the world: 4 - 6 working days
For orders delivered outside the UK, we’ll pre-pay your import duties and taxes—so there are no surprise fees on arrival. Duties are already included in the product prices when shopping in USD ($) or EUR (€).
If an order is undelivered and returned to us, we’ll issue a refund excluding the original delivery charge.
Please note:
Once a parcel has left us, we’re unable to recall it or change the delivery details. However, our courier partners may offer options such as rescheduling delivery or redirecting to a local pickup point.
